Mukca wants its customers to be satisfied with the products purchased; therefore, all products sold by Mukca are covered for 30 days following receipt of the product by the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee. If you have changed your mind about purchasing the product, you can return the product by shipping it within 30 days of receipt by agreeing with our customer service on collection.

If you decide to make use of the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee by returning a product and requesting a replacement, you will receive the replacement product within 3/5 working days from the date of receipt of the return by Mukca. In such case, the transport costs for the return shipment and for the shipment of the replacement item will be borne by Mukca. If the requested replacement product is not available, Mukca will refund it

If you decide to make use of the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee by requesting a refund for the product on which you have changed your mind, you will be refunded the full price of the product, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used during the purchase; in case of payment on delivery, the refund will be made through Paypal.
